Refunds are not available. We only offer exchange under the conditions below.

Exchange Conditions

• Exchange request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
• Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.
• Exchange is limited to same product category / similar value.
• Size and colour exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Login to My Orders and click “Request Exchange”, or contact us on WhatsApp at 9355295000 with your Order ID and reason.
